[p]Depending on the severity of your problem, you may not be able to solve it by exercise alone. But exercise certainly helps! Strengthening your core will take some of the burden off your back, and low-impact yoga, pilates, and Tai Chi have also been shown to be beneficial for the lower back. Does anyone know of any theraputic excerise for a lower bulging disk ex: aquasize

And are there any other treatment besides surgery and pills?
