For this reason, you should choose teh mattress very carefully. Be careful to pick to soft and comfortable mattress because the hard mattress have more chances to increase the severity of your back pain.

simmons beautyrest is the best on the market. There are many subcategories of that matress too. One of them is Beautyrest Backcare. they are expensive, but worth the money. I tried all the expensive brands and beautyrest was teh best for my back.

hey ho!my mattress is old, pretty much dead, its time to renew!!! im doing a bunch of research before heading into the 1800-mattress showroom (my friend turned me on to them - they have sleep experts who help discuss your problems and 'prescribe' a good mattress for your individual needs, and they have a sale online where you can use their coupons too )does anyone have a brand or specific mattress they suggest, would recommend? i heard Sealy has some nice ones as well as Simmons. Tempurpedic is a bit specific and i dont know if its right for me yet. have been reading that the lasting power is not so great.any ideas?
